The platform furnishes comprehensive information on each issue under consideration, enabling users to make informed choices. Residents are automatically notified of new surveys, ensuring they are always up-to-date on matters that require their attention and opinion. Voting is made straightforward and accessible, and a unique registration code from the city administration is received to prevent multiple submissions and ensure that only residents have a say.

Privacy is a top priority, with voluntary and anonymous participation. Extensive measures have been employed to make it impossible to determine whether an individual has voted or how they have responded to survey questions. Stringent privacy protocols are in place, reviewed and approved by the state's Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information to uphold the integrity of user inputs.
